  • Specializing in helping young athletes to prepare for their college sports 

TRACK AND FIELD

  • Analyzing running technique and correcting athlete's movement mechanics 
  • Building a program to prepare athletes for their top shape for the important competitions
  • We have experience working with Olympians, Para-Olympians, participants in World Championships and World League in Track and Fields, champions in the European Championships as well as All- Americans, Scholastic High School Champions, State and New England Champions, and Masters Champions

TRIATHLON CONDITIONING

  • Specializing in strength training for triathletes that allows to increase endurance and power without excessive muscle gain, which is key in triathlon
  • Combining strength, running and swimming drills to improve technique
  • Adapting to each athlete’s level, condition and experience
